My clients often ask me how I came to be a photographer. I have always had a passion for photography, but I never imagined I could have a career in this field. I have a background in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. I was never truly happy in that field. When I was on maternity leave in 2011, I decided to end my career in that field and pursue my photography passion as a business.

I enrolled in photography courses at the Canadian Photography Learning Centre in Edmonton in March of 2012. I spent the summer of 2012 learning how to edit images with Photoshop, and I completed post-processing training with some wonderful photographers in the United States. I have completed years of safety, posing, lighting, editing, and photography training to provide my clients with the high-quality custom work they deserve.

My business is partly named after my inspiration-my son, Jackson. Like many photographers, my passion for photography grew once Jackson was born! I am married to a wonderful man named Brian. We currently reside in Leduc.
